GET CAUGHT UP IN MEDIA DESTRUCTION

Local Hard Drive Destruction Services

In the digital age, more and more companies are converting their paper documents to electronic documents stored on various mediums such as hard drives and CDs/DVDs; and just as documents periodically need to be destroyed, so do these forms of media.  One might think you can handle the destruction process on your own; however, using the “Hard Drive Destroyer” is much more effective than “permanently” erasing it. Not only is it convenient and affordable, but it also ensures that these medias cannot be used again and the information will not fall into the wrong hands. Once the process is completed, we recycle the remains of the media, just as we do with paper and other electronic storage items.

By offering statewide media destruction services, we are convenient to the cities and towns of Greenville, New Bern, Goldsboro, Wilson, Rocky Mount, Raleigh, Clayton, Fayetteville and Wilmington for pick up or drop off.

Hard Drive Destruction

Hard Drive Destruction

Hard Drives:  Contrary to popular belief, performing a “delete” operation or “wiping” a hard drive does not necessarily remove all of its content. The only way to completely ensure that information on discarded electronic media won’t fall into the wrong hands is to destroy it. How does it work?

    • The “Hard Drive Destroyer” punches a golf ball-size hole through hard drives, making the damage irreparable.
    • All remaining parts of the device are recycled.
    • For every hard drive destroyed, the serial number is recorded and a Certificate of Destruction is issued for your records.
